Now We're Cooking!


Best Ever Broccoli Cheese Soup

3 carrots, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Put all of the ingredients, except the cheese, in a large sauce pan and cook on low heat until the broccoli, onion and carrots are done. Add cubed cheese and heat until melted.
